We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please use this order number whenever you contact us about your order.
3.4 Where we sell.
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in India. At this time, we do not deliver to addresses outside India.

5. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If possible, we will inform you about any changes to the price, timing of supply, or anything else affected as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead. If we cannot make the change or you do not accept the consequences, you may want to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
6. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

7. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
7.1 Delivery costs.

7.2 When we will provide the products.
It is our intention to deliver all products sold on our website within 7 working days, unless we notify you otherwise. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are generally dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If our supply of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for such delays. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund.
7.4 If you are not at home when the product is delivered.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
7.5 If you do not re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect the products or rearrange delivery after a failed attempt, we may charge you for storage costs and further delivery charges. If we cannot reach you despite reasonable efforts, we may end the contract.
7.6 When you become responsible for the goods.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you provided or when you (or someone on your behalf) collect it.
7.7 When you own goods.
You own the product once we have received payment in full.
7.8 What happens if you do not give the required information to us.
We may require certain information from you so that we can supply the products (e.g., delivery address, contact details, etc.). If you fail to provide complete and correct information within a reasonable time, we may either end the contract or charge an additional fee for extra work caused.
